Our advanced high-pressure cold spray system features a 6-axis robotic arm, enabling precise coating deposition, component repair, and additive manufacturing on large and complex parts. Ideal for aerospace, automotive, and industrial applications, this system delivers high-performance, solid-state bonding without melting, ensuring superior material properties and minimal thermal distortion.

Operating at pressures up to 3.45 MPa (500 psi) and temperatures up to 500 °C, the system enables the effective application of a wide range of metals, polymers and ceramics. It includes a spray cabinet, system control panel, a pressurized powder feeder, and a robotic-style spray gun, making it suitable for automated applications. The SST-EP is ideal for industries requiring coating depositions without the thermal distortion associated with traditional thermal spray methods.

The FT-NMT04 is a high-precision nanoindenter integrated within a scanning electron microscope (SEM), enabling real-time mechanical testing and characterization at the nanoscale. It allows accurate measurement of hardness, elastic modulus, and deformation behavior while directly observing sample microstructure under high magnification.

This advanced Keyence optical microscope offers high-resolution imaging with automated stitching in X, Y, and Z directions. It enables detailed 3D surface profiling and large-area analysis, ideal for inspecting complex topographies and capturing seamless, high-depth composite images across wide fields of view.
