Here’s a picture of our class in PED3138, displaying our paintings that we created with Doreen Stevens, a local Algonquin artist from Kitiganzibi, Quebec. She led us through guided story-telling and taught us a bit about how art is used in Indigenous culture.

This class was an important reminder that art can be intertwined in all subject matter, and it was awesome to spend time creating with my peers.
