CTI-Lab
The Com&Tech Innovation Lab (CTI-Lab) is a space for research, experimentation and co-creation dedicated to understanding our interactions with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and systems.
Since its creation in 2019, the CTI-Lab has been dedicated to exploring the uses of digital health technologies and their design by mobilizing participatory and ethnographic methods .
The CTI-Lab prioritizes a socio-technical approach to innovation by valuing in-situ studies and use in real-world contexts in order to grasp the full complexity of our interactions with digital health technologies.
Research areas
Human-AI Interaction. Through an analysis of human-AI system interactions in a natural context, our goal is to understand how these technologies are reconfiguring care practices and workflows.
Co-design of digital technologies and AI systems. We are implementing a participatory design approach with the aim of developing technologies tailored to the specific needs of patients, caregivers and healthcare providers.
