Bio:

Mikayla is currently in her 4th year of her undergraduate in Biomedical Sciences (Cellular and Molecular Medicine). She is working on an honours project under Dr. Chan.

Outside of school, Mikayla enjoys reading, playing music, and board games.

Research Project:

Mikayla’s research project with Dr. Chan is a review of Minamata Disease. It will look at what we know about the disease and its effects on human life and development.
